Inspiring the Next Generation: Manufacturing Day 2025 at Anderson Development Company

This week, in celebration of Manufacturing Day, we were thrilled to host students from Hudson High School at Anderson Development Company.

During their visit, our Plant 1 Production Manager, Austen Pawlaczyk, and Operations Engineer, Nathan Moore, led students on a guided facility tour and shared an in-depth introduction to our company. They highlighted our history, explained the unique roles of our facilities, and gave students an inside look at the people and processes that drive innovation every day.

Following the introduction, students were guided through our production areas for a behind-the-scenes look at how our teams transform materials into high-performance solutions. Along the way, they learned about the variety of roles within our organization—from engineering and production to operations, and R&D—and how all of these come together to deliver innovative products to customers around the globe.

Manufacturing Day is designed to inspire the next generation by showing the exciting opportunities available in today’s advanced manufacturing careers. We were honored to share our passion for innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving with these bright students from Hudson High School.

As an employer rooted in our community, we believe it is important to invest in tomorrow’s workforce and demonstrate how science, technology, and creativity can come together to shape the future.

We thank Hudson High School for visiting us and look forward to welcoming more students in the years ahead!
