Almatex AP-4410 is an experimental free radical UV curable acrylic powder resin. This UV resin can be formulated with free radical photoinitiators and 5-10% of acrylated compounds as co-reagents for low temperature fast UV curing. Compared to most of the acrylated based UV resins, the unsaturated functional groups in AP4410 offer much better storage stability. The UV coating based on AP4410 offers good hardness, solvent resistance, and clarity. AP4410 can also be formulated with other UV curable resin systems to offer specific properties.
